Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

You agree to send to us your email, name, purpose of contacting, details mentioned in the contact box, and you also agree that you send those details willingly. We might use that information to serve you better, provide information to you, serve you ads on different channels or contact you time to time.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment or login or visit our website, the comment data and its metadata, your information are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. We (ChildVilla) are associates/affiliates of various brands and companies, we earn a referral commission when you click on the products/ads or you buy products from our links. We are an associate of Amazon and we earn a commission whenever you buy through our links or referrals.

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. ChildVilla does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Service. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information. Also, the website is primarily meant to be for the parents to access, however, we don’t have any control over the visitor.
